Compliance Assistance
NER is putting its knowledge of equipment PINs (Product Identification Numbers), components and specs to use with assisting California’s equipment fleet owners to comply with the upcoming off-road in use regulations.
Services include:
- Identification of regulated equipment within fleet schedule
- Quality control of equipment make, model, PIN and Year
- Cross reference of engine serial and model numbers (when availible)
- Assistance with visually locating PIN and engine details (when necessary)
- Completion of engine family information
- Assistance with initial upload to DOORS (Diesel Off-road Online Reporting System)
- State approved EIN (Equipment Identification Number) decals, including machine information
- Cost of initial service is determined based on $65 hourly rate; decal price is per unit and ranges between $5 and $25 based on volume.
- Assistance with the upkeep of future addition, retiring of units on DOORS, record retention and fleet management tools are also available please contact NER for more details.
