Lifetime Registration
It costs $40 to register a machine with HELPtech. The equipment will remain registered as long as you own the machine. The fee includes the cost of decals and PIN verification.

Annual Fee
It may be more cost effective for owners with multiple machines or a high fleet turnover to pay an annual fee. With an annual fee you are provided with password protected access to your fleet details online so that you can access your schedule to add or amend details and add or remove equipment as it is bought or sold. Various views and search options enhance this feature. The annual fee only applies to the number of items registered, not how many are added or removed in any given year.
There is a 20% discount available on annual registrations for affiliated association members or those covered by participating insurers. Additional information on deductible waivers can be found in the Insurance Incentives link.
For American Rental Association (ARA) members registration of up 1000 items is free of charge.
